In India Panipuri is a special dish. Panipuri has so many names in India like gol gappas, gup shup, and puchkas. I know that the names are weird but the taste of the panipuri is so much good if you take one bite of panipuri you will love the flavors in it feel so good while you chew it again and again. It sounds funny but it's true panipuri is a really tasty dish.
If you eat 5 or 6 pates of panipuri the calories will be 150-180 this will be 5% of 2000 calories. The fried panipuri and the potato have the most calories. It's being said that potato has high in fiber and are rich in potassium, vitamin B complex, phosphorus, and vitamin C. The one plate of panipuri has 4 grams of fat which 2 grams is saturated fat.
So when you eat panipuri you are consuming 6% of 65-gram fat and 10% of the 20-gram saturated fat. There is a very low amount of cholesterol in panipuri. so don't worry about cholesterol.
To make Panipuri at home Ingredients are:
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- wheat flour - 200g
- oil of greasing - 1/2 tsp
Now mix all the ingredients knead into the stiff dough of the water. Then wait for 15 mins. Now divide the dough and make a roll like the shape of the puri. Bake puris in love for 10 min at 100 degrees C. To serve puri let puri cool down the serve it.
The taste of puri will be so crispy and tasty. Pani puri is good for breakfast. In India, many people eat Panipuri. Indian street Pani puri is good but many people prefer to make Panipuri at home. Pani puri was invented by Draupadi, at the time of Mahabharata.
