In the hearing of the same, the judge first terminated the job, saying that the reinstatement of all of them was wrong. After that ordered for recovery of the amount. He told that after the restoration, all the teachers have been given about four lakh rupees to a teacher at the rate of 28 thousand rupees per month. All together it is about one crore 80 lakh rupees. Now the same amount will be recovered.
The teachers from whom this recovery is to be made are Ajay Kumar, Nishant Kumar, Rekha Kumari, Mamta Kumari, Ranjana Sinha, Reena Kumari, Shravan Kumar, Sulekha Kumari, Ayodhya Paswan, Jai Prakash Paswan, Misa Kumari, Swarnalata Kumari, Ramesh Kumar, Mamta Kumari. , Brajesh Kumar, Anil Kumar, Anamika Kumari, Shankar Paswan, Sujit Kumar, Sonali Kumari, Upendra Kumar, Mintu Ravidas, Sanjeev Kumar, Nirala, Mukesh Kumar, Sanjay Paswan, Pushpa Kumari, and Shanti Bhushan.
