Tata IPL Auction 2022: Ishan Kishan-Deepak Chahar salary more than Dhoni, see list of expensive players

Ishan Kishan and Deepak Chahar have left Mahendra Singh Dhoni behind in terms of salary. Chennai retained MS Dhoni for Rs 12 crore. Whereas now Deepak Chahar will get a salary of Rs 14 crore.

The Mega Auction for IPL 2022 (Tata IPL Auction 2022) has been completed. Ishan Kishan of Jharkhand won the auction which lasted for two days. Ishaan and Deepak became the most expensive players in the auction. Ishan Kishan was bought by Mumbai Indians for the highest amount of Rs 15.25 crore. While Chennai Super Kings bought Deepak Chahar for Rs 14 crore.

A total of 11 players got bids of Rs 10 crore or more in the auction. In which Ishan Kishan was the most expensive. Mumbai looted them Rs 15.25 crore. Whereas Deepak Chahar is at number two, which Chennai bought for Rs 14 crore. Shreyas Iyer was bought by KKR for Rs 12.25 crore. Liam Livingstone was bought by Punjab Kings for Rs 11.50 crore, Shardul Thakur for Rs 10.75 crore, Wanindu Hasaranga by RCB for Rs 10.75 crore, Harshal Patel for Rs 10.75 crore by RCB. Nicholas Pooran was bought by Sunrisers Hyderabad for Rs 10.75 crore. Lockie Ferguson was bought by Gujarat Titans for Rs 10 crore. Avesh Khan was bought by Lucknow Super Giants for 10 crores and famous Krishna by Rajasthan Royals for 10 crores.
