Shahrukh Khan's son Aryan Khan seems to be getting a clean chit in the drugs case. After months of investigation, the Special Investigation Team (SIT) of the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) found
hahrukh Khan's son Aryan Khan seems to be getting a clean chit in the drugs case. After months of investigation, the Special Investigation Team (SIT) of the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has found that Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan's son Aryan Khan was not a part of the cruise drug conspiracy. The SIT has said that "there is no evidence that Aryan Khan was part of a larger drugs conspiracy or an international drugs smuggling syndicate".
Aryan had no drugs
According to a report in Hindustan Times, the SIT also revealed that several irregularities in the raids came to light during their investigation. They also found that Aryan did not have any drugs and hence there was no need to surrender his phone and check his chats. As far as information is concerned, there was no indication of any international narcotics syndicate in Aryan's chat.

Nothing objectionable in Aryan's WhatsApp chat
The Bombay High Court had also made a similar statement in its bail order. The court had said that nothing objectionable was found in the WhatsApp chats of Aryan, Munmun Dhamecha and Arbaaz Merchant, who were also arrested along with several others.
NCB will submit final report after two months
The report also revealed that NCB's cruise raid was not video-recorded. As per the NCB manual, the raid should have been recorded on video. Another important finding was that the narcotics recovered from several people arrested in the case was shown as a single seizure. Despite there being no evidence against Aryan, the investigation of the SIT is not yet complete. The final report will be submitted to the Director General of NCB SN Pradhan in a couple of months.
