In a new research published in Nature Medicine of America on February 7, 2022, it has been found that after recovery from corona infection, the risk of heart attack has increased 1.6 times.

Pay attention to lunch: For a few days after recovering from corona, eat such food which is light and easily digestible. Drink lentil water every day and eat nutritious khichdi except one day. This will strengthen the body quickly.
